The good news is that everything is moving in the right direction. You may have some complaints about the wigs or hairpieces, you perhaps haven’t received the exact hair that you wanted, or you may even have had some problems when placing your order, but all of these issues are really common place for every online store. Complaints can never be eliminated for any store, online, or otherwise. The point is how to deal with these issues and believe in heart that we are doing our best when offering these services for customers.

“Synthetic wigs feel like real hair. 10 star for quality and I have to give the customer service a 10 star also I have never and I MEAN NEVER been treated with so much kindness and care. I would send an email and Lily would answer so fast . when you’re waiting for an answer it can feel like a lifetime but NOT with Lily(one of their customer service staff)…usually within hours. Not only did she fix my mistake better than I could have asked for, but she made me feel like she was genuinely happy to help. I would recommend buying from here even if they were the most expensive, but seeing that the quality of the wigs or toppers are so superb and prices so reasonable why would you want to shop anywhere else. Lily has made my hair loss journey, not such a painful journey.
