Take the hair density for example. For some customers who only have some thinning hair, the hair density of 130% will match the needs. However, for the ladies who have severe hair loss or bald spot, they may need a hair density of 150% or 180%.
We also notice that due to the different spot of the hair loss, the customers may also have the different needs for the hair topper. Some customers may need a thicker hair at the crown and back. And some customers may need more hair to cover at the top or the front. In that case, we do hope our customers can contact our customer service before placing the order and you can specify your personal needs, for example, adding more hair at the back or asking for a higher hair density overall. Our Customer Service will try their best to help every customer to get the toppers fit their needs.
