Hello again! As many of you know I have been wearing the new ‘Perfection’ wig for 2 weeks straight and will continue to do so for the next couple of weeks to give my final thoughts after a month of wear. THIS wig is NOT Perfection she is ‘Chloe’ also by Uniwigs. I thought that I should give my recent thoughts on her. Let me start off by saying that the density is stated on their website as 130% which is the same as Perfection BUT I find the density to be different. Chloe is a beautiful wig and the quality of hair is great. The cap construction is full lace as well. The thing I am not a fan of with this wig is the amount of density. I generally wear 130% and would even order 120% if that was an option. Most companies have a standard 130% and very rarely will you see lower than 120%. Some even offer up to 180%.
I’ve attached a density chart to get an idea of what I mean. On the right I have the hair pinned back on Chloe so she doesn’t look as thick up top but without the clip on the left you can see how much hair she has. I even have a good amount of strands tucked behind my ear. This wig would not be a dealbreaker if you prefer lots of volume. I on the other hand never had thick hair naturally so I am a bit more selfconcious about it. So she may very well be a dealbreaker for some if your preference is like mine. I want to wear Chloe more often so I will modify her a bit. I have thinning scissors and may see how that works out for me. When that happens I will be happy to share. SWIPE to get a density comparison between Perfection and Chloe. I think you’ll agree that there’s a difference. I’m not sure if this Chloe is an isolated incident or if this is the thickness in general for all of the Chloe wigs, but I think this would be maybe closer to 150%. I hope this is helpful!
