Step 4. Pull a small strand of hair from underneath the ‘first section,’ bring that strand around and add it to the hair on the opposite side (second section).

Step 5. Repeat the same steps on the opposite side by pulling the strand from underneath the ‘second section,’ and bringing that strand around, and adding it to the hair on the opposite side (first section).

Step 6. Keep repeating steps 4 and 5 until you are almost at the end of the hair.

Step 3. To give the bubble section a proper shape, pinch the little hair sections and pull them outward. When pulling hair outward, make sure not to pull hair from the upper elastic band.

Step 4. Now, one bubble has been created. Now tie the third elastic band a few inches down from the second elastic band.
